What is a Pop-Up Blocker?
To best use our web site, you must disable any software, commonly known as "pop-up blockers" that prevent pop-up windows. We recognize that pop-ups are a common nuisance on the Internet today, so here are instructions on how to effectively configure anti-pop-up software.

What don't I see anything when I click on the Shopping Cart button?
If you click on our Shopping Cart button and nothing happens, it is a good indication that you may have pop-up blocking software installed. To view your shopping cart, you will have to either disable your pop-up blocker software or add "www.pictage.com" to the list of sites your software will allow pop-ups to originate from.

How do I selectively disable anti-pop-up software?
With most pop-up blockers, you can either selectively allow pop-ups from some sites or temporarily disable their function altogether. We recommend that you selectively allow pop-ups from www.pictage.com. The most common pop-up blockers are listed below. With virtually hundreds of pop-up blockers on the market today, it is impossible to provide an all-inclusive manual. For instructions on other pop-up blockers, refer to your pop-up blocker manufacturer's manual:

Notes:

  • In many cases there will be more than one pop-up blocker installed on your computer. This being the case, you'll need to configure all of them.
  • Other examples of pop-up blockers may be named "Ad Blocker" or "Window Killer", etc.
  • Sometimes a blocker may be installed even without your knowledge (this is called "Spam").

How do I configure the Google Toolbar Pop-up Blocker?
If you are using Internet Explorer with the Google Toolbar, ensure that the Google Toolbar reads, "Site pop-ups allowed." when you are on the Pictage log-in page. To accomplish this, go to the Pictage log-in page and click the button on the Google Toolbar that reads, " # blocked" (e.g., 132 blocked in the picture below). The button will turn into "Site pop-ups allowed."

  • Make sure that before you hit the, "Test Your System" button or the "Attend …" button, the Google toolbar shows, "Site pop-ups allowed."
