Pictage Management Team

	Jason B. Kiefer, Founder & CEO Jason, a long-time photographer, founded Pictage after he and his wife decided to put their own wedding pictures online. Jason has a background in Mergers & Acquisitions from Chase Securities as well as Internet Marketing from Winfire, Inc. Jason received an MBA from Anderson (UCLA).
	Bob McGraw, Chief Financial Officer In May 2006 Bob joined Pictage having previously served as Chief Accounting Officer for Exult, a leader in outsourced human resource services. Bob has over 25 years of cross-industry knowledge, Big Six accounting background and mergers/acquisition experience.
	Ian Siegel, Vice President, Product & Technology Prior to joining Pictage in August 2006, Ian was Vice President of Technology at Rent.com where he played a central role in building the largest online apartment listing service in the nation (acquired by eBay in 2005). Ian has over 10 years of product and technology experience working for rapidly growing internet companies including Warner Bros. Online, Citysearch, Ticketmaster, and Stamps.com.
	Renata Dionello, Vice President, Marketing Renata joined Pictage in August 2006 from eBay/Rent.com, where she was head of strategy. Renata has over 10 years of experience in strategy, product management and marketing, having worked previously in corporate strategy at Disney, project management at Universal Music and strategy consulting at the Boston Consulting Group. Renata holds a BA and MEng from the University of Oxford (England) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
	Nitin Somalwar, Vice President, Technology Nitin joined Pictage in October 2007 from Salesforce.com, where he was Vice President of Global Technology Services. Nitin has over 15 years of experience in developing consumer and enterprise software, having worked at Quest Software, iSearch.com, Raytheon and Standard Microsystems. Nitin holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton.
	Betsy Hirayama, Director, Customer Experience Betsy joined Pictage in May 2006 and brings over 25 years of Customer Service experience. Her background includes management of multi-location call centers serving independent business owners and consumers within the hospitality, floral and dental industries.
	Mukesh Patel, Director, Lab Operations Mukesh served as Plant Manager at Alfa Color Imaging for over 14 years, prior to joining Pictage in September 2005. He has over 17 years of professional lab experience.
