Jim Collins, Chief Executive OfficerJim joined Pictage after a long and successful career in managing and growing a variety of businesses that focus on small business services. Most recently Jim was the CEO of Affinity Internet, an internet hosting provider to small business. At Affinity, he successfully grew the company from 11,000 subscribers to over 450,000, and showcased his relentless focus on customer service. Jim is an avid photographer, and he is excited about having direct access to the industry's leading pro lab. |

Simon Anderson, Chief Marketing OfficerSimon leads the Marketing, Sales and Product teams at Pictage with responsibility for all branding, messaging, sales execution, partnerships and product strategy. He is excited to be working with creative and entrepreneurial photographers to deliver great products and services to their customers. Simon has been an executive at three prior internet ventures - Biggerboat, Authenticlick and Affinity Internet, and before that was a partner at the Australian venture capital firm Allen & Buckeridge. He earned a B.Sc. and a law degree from Australian National University and has attended executive programs on entrepreneurship and deal-making at Harvard and Stanford. |

Kevin Rubin, Chief Financial OfficerKevin brings over fourteen years of finance and accounting leadership experience to Pictage. He has held prior roles as Chief Financial Officer of DataDirect Networks, a data storage equipment provider, and MRV Communications, a publicly traded telecommunications equipment provider. In each role, he provided leadership, vision, and strategic direction during periods of significant growth and change. Additionally, he was responsible for worldwide general and administrative functions, including finance, accounting, regulatory compliance, contracts and legal, investor relations, tax, and treasury. Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant in California and holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics, with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. |

Nitin Somalwar, Chief Technology OfficerNitin joined Pictage in October 2007 from Salesforce.com, where he was Vice President of Global Technology Services. Nitin has over 15 years of experience in developing consumer and enterprise software, having worked at Quest Software, iSearch.com, Raytheon and Standard Microsystems. Nitin holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton and is getting an Executive MBA from Anderson School of Management at UCLA. |

Danny Faccini, Vice President of OperationsDanny leads the Lab Operations and Customer Service teams, where he is focused on delivering superior photo products and exceptional customer service to Pictage members. Danny previously held Product Management leadership roles at Affinity Internet, a web hosting and ecommerce venture, as it grew from startup to over 450,000 customers worldwide. At Affinity, Danny created software and services that delivered on the promise of providing a full suite of web presence, ecommerce and online marketing solutions to small businesses. He has also spent the last 15 years building and advising a variety of small businesses as an investor, managing partner and advisor. Danny attended UCLA where he received his degree in International Economics with an emphasis on East Asia. He also spends his time on photography, woodworking and triathlon. |

Jason B. Kiefer, Founder & ChairmanJason, a long-time photographer, founded Pictage after he and his wife decided to put their own wedding pictures online. Jason has a background in Mergers & Acquisitions from Chase Securities as well as Internet Marketing from Winfire, Inc. Jason received an MBA from Anderson (UCLA). |
