Jim Collins, Chief Executive Officer

Jim joined Pictage after a long and successful career in managing and growing a variety of businesses that focus on small business services. Most recently Jim was the CEO of Affinity Internet, an internet hosting provider to small business. At Affinity, he successfully grew the company from 11,000 subscribers to over 450,000, and showcased his relentless focus on customer service. Jim is an avid photographer, and he is excited about having direct access to the industry's leading pro lab.

Danny Faccini, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating officer, Danny leads Pictage’s customer service group and lab operations team. Danny most recently spent seven years at Affinity Internet as it grew from startup to over 450,000 small business clients. As Affinity’s Director of Product Management, Danny led the development of software and services to help Affinity’s clients build and promote their online presence. He has also spent the last 15 years building and advising a variety of small businesses as an investor, managing partner and advisor. At Pictage, Danny uses his broad entrepreneurial experience to focus his teams on improving the customer experience by delivering superior customer service, efficient operational systems and intuitive products. Danny attended UCLA where he received his degree in International Economics with an emphasis on East Asia. He also spends his time on photography, woodworking and triathlon.

Jennifer Henriksen, Vice President Sales & Business Development

With more than 15 years of sales, marketing and business development behind her, Jen brings a powerful set of skills to her role at Pictage. Her diverse experience in print media, telecommunications, web hosting and email archiving has given Jen a keen understanding of how different business operations compete in today's market and how to translate that knowledge into effective, productive techniques that show results. In her role, Jen is responsible for implementing effective sales strategies, streamlining inter-departmental processes related to sales, and identifying and executing new business alliances and partnerships. Jen's drive to understand the "big picture" motivated her to study Psychology, Business and Marketing in Canada. Her interests include playing volleyball, practicing yoga and now - renewing her love of photography.

Rachel LaCour Niesen, Vice President of Community

Rachel LaCour Niesen is a Yankee by birth but a Southern storyteller at heart. As a photojournalist, Rachel pursued projects focusing on rural communities in Latin America and the Southeastern United States. Her work has appeared in publications such as the New York Times Magazine and the San Francisco Chronicle. Earning a degree in photojournalism from the University of Missouri, she was named one of the Scripps-Howard Foundation's Top Ten Young Journalists. When Rachel stumbled upon wedding photography, she along with Andrew Niesen and Mark Adams started a wedding photography company, LaCour. In a few years, LaCour became one of the premiere wedding photography studios in the US and was named among the "Top Ten Wedding Photographers in the World" by American Photo magazine. She's also a co-founder of ShootQ, an innovative web-based studio management software designed to free photographers from the tedious tasks of managing their business.
