Mike Grant
General Manager
Mike is co-owner and General Manager. Prior to purchasing Pictage, he held multiple executive positions in technical, operational, and business development roles at a variety of companies. He has experience in document imaging, digital storage, call center design, workflow automation, microfilm, microfiche, cloud computing, and light manufacturing. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Oakland University.

Jennifer Henriksen
Executive VP of Customer Experience
With more than 15 years of sales, marketing and business development and client management experience behind her, Jen brings a powerful set of skills to her role at Pictage. Her diverse experience background in print media, telecommunications, web hosting and email archiving has given Jen a keen understanding of effective, productive operations techniques that deliver results. Jen is responsible for maximizing operating efficiencies in sales and support, implementing effective sales strategies, and establishing strategic partnerships with organizations that can help Pictage better meet the needs of its clients. Jen's drive to understand the "big picture" motivated her to study Psychology, Business and Marketing in Canada. Her interests include playing volleyball, practicing yoga and renewing her love of photography.

John Keaney
Controller
John joined Pictage in 2011 with more than 15 years of management experience in Accounting and Finance. Before coming to Pictage, John was at DreamWorks Animation Studio for 5 years as the Director of Overhead Planning and Analysis. Prior to that he served in management roles at organizations of various size and industry including Sega Gameworks, a location based entertainment destination, Dataflex in the telecommunication industry, as well as Universal Studios Hollywood. John has a B.S. Finance degree from the University of Arizona.

Mukesh Patel
Director, Lab Operations
Prior to joining Pictage in September 2005, Mukesh served as Plant Manager at Alfa Color Imaging for 14 years. He has over 17 years of professional lab experience. Mukesh's extensive knowledge of color management and photographic lab operations help Pictage improve quality and service. He has broad knowledge of manufacturing photo products and various imaging services.

Erick Young
VP of Business Technology
Erick joined Pictage in 2001 and has experienced a lot changes during his tenure. Erick has spent over sixteen years in technology management, strategy, risk management, product management, agile software methodologies, and has managed a variety of outsourced development teams. He has worked hand-in-hand with Mukesh Patel in streamlining Pictage's manufacturing process in order to decrease turnaround time and increase print quality. Erick believes in delivering exceptional customer support by being responsive to clients and showing continuous website improvements by conducting software releases every couple of weeks.
