Pictage Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

1. What is a Pictage Gift Certificate?

Delight friends, family and colleagues with a Pictage Gift Certificate. Pictage Gift Certificates allow the recipient to purchase items on www.pictage.com. Pictage gift certificates are issued through email only and are made up of a promotion code and dollar amount. Gift Certificates can be applied toward shipping and handling and can be used over and over again, until the balance total of the Gift Certificate is zero. Gift Certificates can not be used to purchase DVD slideshows.

2. Can Pictage Gift Certificates be combined during purchase?

Yes. If you are in receipt of more than one pictage gift certificate, they can be combined and applied toward a single purchase. Simply enter all promotion codes in the promotion code field during the check-out process.

3. What is a Pictage Gift Certificate Promotion Code?

Each Pictage Gift Certificate is issued as a 10-digit promotion code, consisting of numbers and lower case letters.

4. How do I order a Pictage Gift Certificate?

• Gift Certificates are purchased by clicking on the word "Gift Certificate", when logged into Pictage.

• Enter the specific dollar amount you would like to assign each Gift Certificate, along with the quantity of Gift Certificates you would like to order (in the specific dollar amounts).
• If you would like to send an e-mail to each recipient with the Gift Certificate Code and redemption instructions, check the box for this option.
• If you are planning to surprise the recipient at a later date, do not check this box. Pictage will give you the Gift Certificate Code to deliver to the recipient(s) when you are ready.
• Be creative! A nice card or note wrapped in a box make a wonderful presentation for your thoughtful gift.

• If you choose the e-mail option, you will be prompted to enter the name and e-mail address of each recipient, along with a personal message. Please note that your personal message will be sent to each e-mail address to include on this screen. You also have the option to edit the amount of individual Gift Certificates here before placing your order. To send the e-mails, click "Save and Continue." If you decide not to send the e-mails, please click "Continue without saving."

• Next, enter your billing information to complete the purchase. You will have an opportunity to review your order on the next screen, before it is final.

• Confirm the order details, including the amount of each Gift Certificate, e-mail addresses and the personal message. Click "Place your order" when you are ready to finalize your purchase.

• Please note your Order Number in the Order Summary. Each Gift Certificate Code will be displayed on this page. If you requested e-mail delivery, the e-mail addresses will be listed on this page. Otherwise, you can note the Gift Certificate Codes to deliver them yourself. ENJOY!

5. I have a Pictage Gift Certificate Code. How do I use it?

• Log into your Pictage account and add the items you would like to order. When you are ready to checkout, click "Proceed to checkout" at the bottom of the shopping cart screen.

• Next, enter your shipping information and click "Continue."

• Now, enter your billing information. Enter your Gift Certificate(s) in the Promotional Code(s) field. If you have more than one code, please separate by commas. You will still need to enter a credit card. However, if the Gift Certificate covers the cost of your entire order, we will not charge your credit card. If the Gift Certificate does not cover the cost of your entire order, your credit card will be billed for the remaining balance.
