Pictage Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

1. Gift certificates expire one year from the date of issuance.*

2. Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Pictage, Inc. web site, http://www.pictage.com, toward the purchase of products listed in Pictage, Inc.'s online catalog. Gift certificates may be redeemed for the purchase of products from third-party sellers through the Pictage.com web site. Additional merchants may be added.

3. The studios, events and products available at www.pictage.com are subject to change. Pictage, Inc. makes no guarantee that the studios and event will remain the same or that a particular studio or event will be available at all times.

4. The customer is subject to the limitations and rules of the studio whose gift certificate the customer redeems with the Pictage Gift Certificate.

5. Pictage, Inc. is not responsible for studios that are no longer in business or that change their location(s). The merchant locations listed at this site are listed as a guide only and Pictage, Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.

6. Pictage, Inc. does not assume responsibility or liability for the actions, product or content of any studio.

7. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.

8. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase DVD slideshow products.

9. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, will not be exchanged and are not subject to returns for credit or refunds.

10. Gift certificates are not valid for prior purchases.

11. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable.

12. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.

13. Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.

14. Gift certificates and their use on the Pictage web site are subject to Pictage, Inc.'s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

15. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. If you have any questions, please visit the Pictage, Inc. Help department at www.help.pictage.com.

16. Pictage, Inc. will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through the Pictage, Inc. Web site or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the Pictage, Inc. Web site.

17. PICTAGE, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

18. Pictage, Inc. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.
* Does not apply in California, Connecticut, Maine, or Massachusetts; applies in New Hampshire only for gift certificates over $100. Expiration date does not apply in any other states where prohibited by law.

Pictage.com gift certificates are issued and sold by Pictage, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
